Purchase a Gift Card for a sister/lover/friend and give them the experience of shopping online for their own Nobantu Studio Diamond piece. 

• Gift Cards NEVER expire! 
• Gift certificates are delivered directly to the recipient via email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout.  
• Gift cards can only be used for purchases made on nobantustudio.com. 

Your Nobantu Studio gift card can be used as payment, the same way a credit card is used, towards your purchase online on the Nobantu Studio website. Purchase totals will be deducted from the card’s overall value until it reaches zero. Should you choose to return the product(s) purchased with a physical or digital gift card, our Return/ Refunds Policy will be put in place ( Hyperlink to the refund policy)  

When you make a purchase you cannot choose the gift card amount to spend if the gift card value exceeds the value of the transaction (let’s break that down: if your gift card is valued at R100 and your order is R50, you cannot choose to use only R25 from the gift card towards the purchase price – instead, the full R50 will be used towards the order). That said, you are not required to use the full amount (in this example, R100) on one purchase. 

Gift cards are only valid in the currency they were issued. 

Your Nobantu Studio gift card is not reloadable; once the funds are exhausted, the card is no longer valuable and may be discarded. All gift cards are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded. 

Nobantu Studio will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misused cards. No gift cards can be replaced, reissued, or redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or applied to any credit card balances. Nobantu Studio PTY LTD. is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen gift cards. Orders for physical gift cards cannot be canceled, as they are processed in real-time and the value is applied to the card immediately. 

Your use of a Nobantu Studio gift card constitutes your acceptance to these terms and conditions in their entirety. 

How to use the gift card on the online store:  

1. Add the item(s) to your cart as normal and head to the checkout. 
2. Select the “gift credit” field on the right-side panel of the website and enter the code for your gift card. The available credit on your gift card will be automatically deducted from your order total.  
   1. If the total of your purchase is lower than what is available on the gift card, the leftover funds will remain on the gift card for later use.  
   2. If the total amount of your order exceeds the amount on your gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card.  
   3. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotions.  
   4. Only one gift card may be used per order.
