Shipping and Deliveries

All our pieces are made to order

Our Products take 21 Days to make and deliver. Below is the process for every piece: 

• Once you have placed your order, Nobantu Studio will notify you of your order confirmation  
• Your order will then be sent to our Jewelry manufacturing team to begin the making of your piece. This process takes 7-14 Days. During this process, the team will notify you of the stages your piece is at right up to setting the diamonds into your piece.  
• Once your piece has been manufactured, the Nobantu Studio delivery team will receive your piece. This takes approximately 2 days 
• Our Operations and Logistics team will take your piece and ensure it’s been checked, sent for evaluation and ready for delivery. This process takes 2 days. 
• Our delivery team will then send out your package with our courier team and then your purchase is on its way to you. This takes 2 days.  

Nobantu Studio uses Courrier Guy as the third-party shipping service provider for all deliveries.

Return / Refund Policies  

All purchases are final and no refund is allowed! 

If you are unsure of your size or have questions about our pieces, feel free to email or chat with the Nobantu Studio team who can guide you in the right direction!  

If there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email info@nobantustudio.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.  

Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If applicable, a refund may be approved by Nobantu Studio due to a manufacturing defect.
